I’m a registered psychotherapist offering online therapy to individuals and couples in Toronto and across Ontario. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t need to be rushed or prescriptive. It can be thoughtful, relational, and deeply human.
I work with concerns such as anxiety, burnout, trauma, and relationship challenges, providing a collaborative space to reflect, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change. My work integrates trauma-informed therapy, couples counselling, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Children (up to 11 years old)
I provide therapy for younger clients, offering a child-friendly, compassionate approach to help with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and building coping skills.
